Alcores del Golf: A Way of Living Marbella

Located beside Los Naranjos Golf Club in Nueva Andalucía, this duplex home embraces one of Marbella’s greatest qualities: bringing everyday life outdoors. Its orientation, generous openings and direct connection with the garden allow natural light and the landscape to remain present throughout the day.

The interior follows this idea with a calm, light palette of wood, leather and natural textiles. The result is a contemporary home that feels bright and refined, while remaining comfortable and effortless to live in.

A Collaboration with Xquisit Homes

The project was developed by Xquisit Homes, a Marbella-based firm specialising in high-end property development, founded by Beny Nadel and Pascal Ergo. Their approach is holistic, bringing architecture, materials, technology and interior design together from the outset to create cohesive homes.

Alexandra joined the project through its furniture, introducing pieces that complement the architecture while giving the interiors their own distinctive character.

An Open-Plan Space Designed for Living

The main living area brings the lounge, dining room and kitchen together, making the most of the generous proportions and natural light. The Capri sofa defines the seating area without closing it off, while the Decorte dining table creates a natural dining space beside the kitchen.

It is a layout suited to life in Marbella: cooking while others relax, lingering over a meal or entertaining friends.

The Warmth of Wood as a Connecting Element

Wood is used throughout the interior as a way of creating continuity rather than simply as a decorative finish. The ash wood of the Capri coffee tables reappears in the Decorte dining table and the bespoke shelving in the TV area, creating a visual connection between the furniture and architecture.

The deeper tone of the shelving adds depth, while the visible grain of the ash brings a natural texture to the tables. Against the light palette, the wood introduces warmth without taking away from the sense of brightness.

Comfort for Relaxing, with a Design-Led Approach

The living room is designed to be lived in, not simply looked at. The generous Capri sofa creates a comfortable seating area, while the Ischia armchairs add individual seats and a contrasting character.

Their leather backs introduce a warm tone that connects with the wood and breaks up the lighter upholstery. A simple contrast, but enough to give the room depth without expanding the colour palette.

Natural Light and Pendant Lighting

The light coming in from the garden is the element that transforms the room most throughout the day. The decorative lighting therefore works alongside it rather than competing with it.

Pendant lights above the dining area add a sculptural touch, contrasting with the soft lines of the Decorte dining table and Atlas chairs. During the day, natural light highlights the wood and textiles; in the evening, the lamps create a warmer, more intimate atmosphere.

A Bedroom Designed Around Calm

The main bedroom adopts an even more restrained palette, with soft materials creating a calm, enveloping atmosphere while maintaining a strong connection with the outdoors.

The bespoke headboard spans the main wall, combining upholstered panels with integrated lighting. Elsewhere, light tones and soft forms allow Marbella’s views and natural light to remain the focus.

A Space to Work, Read or Simply Pause

A small workspace has been naturally integrated into the bedroom. The Traveler desk provides a practical work surface and storage, paired with the understated Club chair, while the Cobra armchair introduces a stronger silhouette and a more personal touch.

The space can easily adapt throughout the day: working in the morning, reading in the afternoon or simply sitting down to relax.

A Dressing Room Where Design Brings Order

In the dressing room, the Traveler Island takes centre stage, organising the space around it. Its leather finish adds texture and sophistication while providing convenient storage for everyday accessories.

It combines practicality with a strong visual presence, becoming both a useful element and a defining piece within the dressing room.

A Home Designed for Mediterranean Living

The collaboration between Alexandra and Xquisit Homes has created a home where design is present without taking over. Rather than recreating a conventional image of Marbella, the project interprets its lifestyle through open spaces, natural materials and a constant connection with the outdoors.
